I can't believe a month has passed since I posted last.  It is hot, humid and hazy here in metropolitan DC and I am not feeling like twisting right now.  I hope all my friends are staying cool.

I found this lady in a "Glamourous Lingerie" ad in a 1950s magazine. I am having a good time making up stories for these ladies.

Collage Workbook, Exercise 11 Numbers

Randel Plowman wrote this informative and well illustrated book which has appeal for novice and addicts alike. Last year I set a goal of doing one exercise a week and I failed miserably. Now I do one when I need a little creative exercise. My collages generally start with cut and paste techniques and then they are scanned into Photoshop for a little play time. I am sure I will revisit Numbers many times.

Summer is officially over...

I did these for the sixth exercise in the Collage Workbook by Randel Plowman. It called for pairing collages so I cut the driving scene in half and collages over both digitally.

Wave Summer Goodbye...I wish...

I really love sunflowers and when they start to droop I feel the summer should be over. Unfortunately it is to be a 90 degree day. HHH. The sunflowers have faded., the kids have returned to school and fall will come. I love cycles.
